DLS Medical Services bills the patient's insurance, the patient or other financially responsible party for services performed. Referring physicians will not be billed, unless previously agreed upon. ​

The basic fees for house call services are based on current medicare reimbursement rates; the average cost of a visit is approximately a $150 for ultrasound exams. Vascular exams are approximately $200 and up depending on the exam performed.

We accept assignment, which means we bill Medicare directly, and all secondary insurance plans.

You only pay what's not covered by your insurance.

Medicare reimburses 80% of our professional fee, once you have met your annual deductable.

Many supplemental insurance plans pay the remaining 20% of the fee.

DLS Medical Services is an out-of-network provider. Some PPO plans pay our practice directly, but some send payment directly to you.

It is patient's responsibility to forward the payment received to DLS Medical Services, Inc.

Patient is responsable for deductible and co-pay.
